1) Scope & Who We Are

This Privacy Policy explains how Rehouzed Inc., doing business as Rehouzd ("Rehouzd," "we," "us"), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use our websites, applications, and services (the "Services"). Rehouzed Inc. is our registered legal name; Rehouzd is the trade name we operate under. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings in our Terms of Service.

3) Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Identifiers and contact information: name, email, phone number, business details.
• Account/transaction information: login, plan tier, billing status, purchase history, and support tickets.
• Payment information: processed by our payment processor (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full card numbers; we receive limited details (e.g., last 4, token, status).
• Property & deal content: addresses, photos, attributes, pricing guidance, notes, and documents you upload.
• Communications metadata: messages we send/receive on your behalf (timestamps, delivery, opt-outs); we intermediate communications between buyers and sellers.
• Device/usage data: IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed, referral/UTM data (including affiliate referral identifiers), session replay recordings of how you interact with our app, and cookie or similar IDs.
• Inferences & preferences: features you use, saved searches, buyer categories you interact with.
• Contact information about non-users: names, phone numbers, email addresses, and mailing addresses of property owners, investors, and their associated entities, obtained from licensed third-party data providers and public records (see Section 7).

Please do not submit sensitive personal information (e.g., government IDs, SSNs, financial account numbers) unless we specifically request it for a lawful purpose.

5) How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

• Provide and improve the Services, including underwriting/estimate tools and property marketing.
• Provide contact information about property owners and investors to our customers as described in Section 7.
• Market a property you submit to potential buyers (we share property details while masking direct contact details; we handle communications).
• Communicate with you about your account, feature changes, security, and service messages; send marketing with your consent.
• Personalize features, measure performance, and conduct analytics and research.
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

6) How We Share Information

We share personal information with:

• Service providers and contractors who process data for us (e.g., hosting, payment processing, analytics, messaging, customer support).
• Potential buyers and marketplace partners, but primarily property details, not your direct contact info, because we intermediate communications.
• Affiliates or corporate successors in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to this Policy.
• Law enforcement or regulators when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and integrity.

We do not sell our users' personal information. As described in Section 7, we do provide contact information about non-users (property owners and investors) to our customers for a fee. We may "share" usage data for analytics/advertising; you can opt out as described below. We do not share text messaging opt-in consent or originator data with third parties for their own marketing.

9) Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access: know what personal information we hold about you.
• Delete: request deletion of personal information, subject to exemptions.
• Correct: request corrections to inaccurate personal information.
• Portability: obtain a copy of certain information in a portable format.
• Opt out: opt out of sale/sharing of personal information or targeted advertising.
• Appeal: if we deny a request, certain states let you appeal our decision.

To exercise rights, email Deal@rehouzd.com. These rights are available both to users and to non-users whose contact information we hold (Section 7). We will verify your request and respond within the timelines required by law. Authorized agents may submit requests with written authorization, subject to verification. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

11) Data Retention

• Account content (deals, notes, reports): retained during your subscription; after cancellation, you may request an export of your account content within 30 days by emailing Deal@rehouzd.com, and we delete account content after 90 days (subject to legal and security exceptions).
• Logs and security records: typically up to 24 months.
• Billing and transaction records: retained as required by tax and accounting laws (generally 7 years).
• Backups: deleted on rolling purge cycles; deletions may be delayed until backup windows expire.

13) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If a security breach affects your personal information, we will notify affected individuals and regulators as required by applicable law.
