Product Update: DIY Buyer Outreach Is Live
We shipped DIY Buyer Outreach — see ranked cash buyers in your market and contact them directly from any property analysis. Here's what it does and how to use it.
The hardest part of wholesaling isn't finding deals — it's finding buyers. You can have the best deal in town, but if you don't have a cash buyer ready to close, that contract is just a piece of paper.
That's why we built DIY Buyer Outreach. It's now live on every property analysis in Rehouzd.
The Problem
Building a buyer's list the traditional way is slow and unreliable:
- You attend REIA (Real Estate Investors Association) meetings and collect business cards that lead nowhere
- You search public records for cash transactions, but the data is messy and you can't tell who's still active
- You cold call investors who bought a property three years ago and have since moved on
- You post in Facebook groups and hope someone replies
There's no scoring, no ranking, no way to know which investors are actually likely to buy your specific deal. You're guessing.
How DIY Buyer Outreach Works
When you run a property analysis on Rehouzd, we don't just estimate ARV (After-Repair Value — what the property is worth once fixed up) and rehab costs. We also scan the area for every investor who has bought property nearby — and rank them by how well they match your deal.
See Who's Buying in Your Market
The Find Buyers page shows you a ranked list of every investor active in your area. For each one, you see:
- Match score: A composite rating based on their activity, proximity, price range, and how recently they've been buying
- Purchase history: How many deals they've done locally, their median purchase price, and how close their nearest purchase is to your property
- Strategy focus: Whether they specialize in fix-and-flip, buy-and-hold, or wholesale
- Network status: Whether they're verified in the Rehouzd network or an independent buyer
Investors are sorted by score so the strongest matches are at the top. Each investor is assigned a tier label — "Most Likely Buyer," "Strong Buyer," "Worth A Call," "Backup Buyer," or "Long Shot" — based on how closely their buying behavior matches your deal.
Reveal Contact Info On Demand
When you find an investor you want to reach out to, click their profile to reveal:
- Phone number
- Email address
- Company name and mailing address
Contact information is sourced from public transaction records and third-party data providers. We recommend confirming contact details before outreach, and always respect do-not-contact flags and check your state's regulations on cold outreach before calling.
Organize Your Outreach
Once you've revealed an investor's contact info, you can start reaching out directly — by phone, email, or text. Keep track of who you've contacted and who responded using your own system (a spreadsheet, CRM, or even a notebook). As Rehouzd grows, we'll be adding built-in outreach tracking to make this easier.
Pricing
If you're in a premium state (Tennessee, Alabama, Oklahoma, Ohio, Georgia, Arizona, Indiana, or North Carolina), you get unlimited free property analyses and buyer access. No limits.
For all other states, property unlocks are $10 each. That $10 gets you the full analysis — ARV, rehab estimate, investor scoring, and the ability to build and share an Offering Memorandum (OM). Contact reveals for individual investors are available separately.
A Real Example: How to Find Cash Buyers in Memphis
Let's say you find a distressed property in Memphis. You run the analysis on Rehouzd and get:
- ARV: $165,000
- Estimated rehab: $42,000
- 70% rule max offer: $73,500 (that's ARV x 70% minus rehab — the standard formula for calculating what a buyer will pay)
You go to the Find Buyers tab and see dozens of investors who have bought properties within 2 miles in the last 12 months. The top 5 all have match scores above 80 — they buy in this price range, in this zip code, and they've been active in the last 3 months.
You click the top match. Phone number, email, company name — all right there. You call them: "Hey, I've got a 3-bed, 1-bath in Memphis, ARV around $165K, needs about $42K in work. I'm looking for around $80K. Interested?"
One phone call, with the right information in hand. No guessing, no cold lists, no wasted calls to investors who buy in a completely different market.
